Solution:

With no available testimonials or personal impact stories to include on shorter notice, renewal is a bit of a harder sell.

To still be persuasive, it was important to highlight all the work the organization has done for the community over the last year, thanks to the generous donations they received.

We also reaffirmed their incredible plans for the future and how that vision will positively benefit the community and patrons of the arts.

By approaching the end-of-year-ask through this community-centric lens, the organization is still able to connect on that emotional and personal level that’s so essential in an appeal.
